A. Our professional websites are only $99/mo. and includes everything you need to get online. Domain name, Hosting, Design & Email are all included. Customized sites are also available.

Q. How long does it take to have a web site designed?
A. Prosites123.com websites are available within 72 hours, custom designs may take longer. The websites are actually built instantly through our web-builder software however it takes up to 72 hours to transfer or apply for a new domain name.

Q. I am currently hosted with someone else, and want to switch to Prosites123.com.  How can I do that?
A. Once you have signed-up for an account with Prosites123.com, we will assist you in the transfer process.

Q. Can I choose Prosites123.com to design my web site, but use another web host?
A. No.

Q. How much server space do I get with my included web hosting?
A. 500 MB  Unless your site grows to an extraordinarily large size, you will never need more space.

Q. How do I get my own domain name?  How long does it take?
A. As a subscriber, you will be provided a domain name of your choice.  Registrations are completed instantly with websites usually available within 72 hours. 

Q. How can I check if a domain is available?

Q. Can I ever change my design template after I have chosen one?
A. You can submit a support request ticket and we will design a new professional look for you. A $100.00 design fee will apply.

Q. How long does it take to transfer a domain from another host?
A. This all depends on you and your previous host.  If you have the correct e-mail information on the admin section of the domain being transferred, you will receive an e-mail asking you to verify and approve the transfer.  If this is done correctly, a transfer can take less than 48hrs.  If your e-mail address is outdated, or your previous host stops the transfer, this can delay transfers for days, even weeks.  If you incur similar problems, we will work with you and your Domain Registrar, in order to complete the transfer as quickly as possible.

Q. Is there a charge to transfer my domain or files from my old host?

No, we do not charge you to transfer your existing domain from another host.  We can transfer your files from your old host, as long as they provide you ftp access, so that we can get in and download all your files from server to server.  If you wish us to handle this for you, we will need all your login details from your previous host.

Q. Do you monitor your servers?
A. Yes, all of our equipment is monitored by trained, on-site technicians.
